YouTube Viewing on the Rise

Centirs’ Evolution of Video (EOV) Tracking study revealed that YouTube viewing increased in Q1’13 and now 38% of all US households report using the site in the past month. YouTube use is especially prevalent among those who are younger, more affluent, Asian, Hispanic and households with children. The majority of YouTube activity takes place on a device screen, most frequently the smartphone or laptop.
